Shop for yourself or a loved one! You can have it delivered to a patient room or ship it to your doorstep. Read more below about how to deliver to a patient. A Pick-up option is also available at your nearest SHN gift shop.

In-Store Returns
Customers have 14 days for any refunds or exchanges. The product must be brought in store with the receipt and its original packaging for a refund to be considered.
Exchange
Customers have 14 days for any refunds or exchanges. The product must be brought in store with the receipt and its original packaging. Customer can only exchange products of equal value or more.

Patient Deliveries
When submitting your request for patient deliveries at checkout, please provide the following information: Patient Name and Date of Birth (if known) in the comments section at checkout.
The gift shop require these details to be able to verify that the patient is still at the hospital before processing your order.
